Our Team 

Our team consists of people with a strong relationship to Vietnam and its culture. To some of us, it is our birth place and home country. The rest of us see it as a beautiful and friendly place, which is definitely worth visiting. We take pride in a professional, friendly and humane approach to our customers. When hiring our teachers, we emphasise not only skills and experience, but also the ability to immediately establish a good rapport with their class. The Aviette management are constantly watching over the high quality of provided services and also lecture selected courses in order to maintain a direct contact with customers.

Management

Ing. Viet Cuong Nguyen, Customer Care

Cuong has been living in the Czech Republic since he was 17. He studied at VŠE in Prague and received his Master’s Degree in International Trade. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate in political science, conducting a research into the political culture of Vietnam. Together with a sociologist Jiri Kocourek he participated on several development projects in Vietnam. In the Czech Republic, he has been working as a court interpreter and certified translator. He has also delivered lectures on intercultural management and worked in the field of international trade. Although he started learning Czech as an adult, he speaks the language fluently and is the bearer of the State Language Examination Certificate. At Aviette, he is responsible for customer care and teaches Vietnamese and Czech. In his free time, he practises martial arts and translates Vietnamese literature.




JUDr. Bernard Prívara, Operations & Quality Control

Bernard obtained his M.A. in Law at Masaryk University in Brno and doctorate at Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he also worked as a teacher of English language in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Thanks to his excellent didactic skills and bilingual background he soon started teaching elite managerial courses and legal English courses. At the University of Derby (United Kingdom) he went through several trainings in psychology and pedagogy focussed on working with children and youths. He then had the chance to utilise the knowledge when organising summer camps across the United Kingdom. He also worked as an editor-in-chief of a magazine aimed at young people in Slovakia. Bernard has a strong relationship to Vietnam, which he regularly visits and where he worked as a legal consultant for an American company Euphorika, ltd. In Aviette, he is responsible for opertation and quality control. He lectures English and Law. His passions include playing the violin, skiing, travelling, literature and philosophy.



Bc. Le Anh Nguyen, Communications

Born in Hanoi, Le Anh has been living in the Czech Republic since she was 6. She graduated from Newton College in Brno with B.A. in Management and further extends her education at Anglo-American University in Prague in an M.A. in Humanities Programme. She received a training in systemic coaching under the guidance of an experienced Czech coach and lecturer, Milan Bobek of Newton Solutions. She is currently attending another training focussed on group coaching. Her research field of interest is the knowledge management. Apart from her ethnic roots, she is connected to Vietnam by a variety of activities. She has been collaborating with the Linhart Foundation as the Project Coordinator of the Lotus Station, a look-out tower, which is to be shortly erected in Hue. In Aviette, she is responsible for communications and also teaches Czech language. Her hobbies include exercising, philosophy of language and thinking, drawing and transhumanistic movement.




Bc. Jiří Bosák, Marketing

Jiri obtained his B.A. in Management at Newton College in Brno, where he also finished trainings in presentation skills, communication skills and systemic coaching. During his studies he was gaining experience by doing school projects; he lectured on the topic of Ethics in Psychological Research at secondary schools around the Czech Republic. His academic interest is the area of intercultural management and corporate cultures, especially in East and Southeast Asia. He intends to enhance his education in an M.A. in PR Programme at University of New York in Prague. Jiri has both personal and professional bonds to Vietnam, where he in 2009 led a project team conducting a market research for a US based company, Euphorika, ltd. In Aviette, he is responsible for marketing and strategic development of the company. He delivers lectures on management, personal skills and English language. His hobbies include jogging, teas, studying languages, Asian cinema and modern technology.
